What a pleasure is has been to work with you over the past few weeks. You have provided better service than I have seen in ages. Before I placed this order I was a bit worried about making this kind of purchase online, but now I will not hesitate to recommend you to others and using your service in the future.

It's nice to know that there is still someone out there who knows that people appreciate being treated right. Pass on, if you can, kudos to your supplier. Too many companies these days think that doing business the way you did loses money, while failing to realize they may gain a long-standing satisfied customer.
